Mcafee Antivirus VSE 8.8 not getting installed when deployed from ePO 4.6
When deploying the Mcafee Antivirus VSE 8.8 from ePO 4.6, we were getting the error message that VSE is failing to install on the remote machine.
Solution:
Our remote desktop user has set to automatically share a local system folder with the remote machine. This create a virtual UNC connection. Removing the shared folder/drive and deploying again the VSE succeeded
You can verify this also, when you go to C:\Program Files\Mcafee\VirusScan Enterprise
